Anne-Marie Sparrow
Founder & Managing Director
Anne-Marie Sparrow is the founder and owner of Cube. She has been a healthcare communicator now for more than twenty-five years. Her diverse communications experience includes new product introductions, awareness and education initiatives, reinvigorating and differentiating brands, market-shaping strategies, reimbursement campaigns, managing digital and social activities in heavily regulated environments together with regulated environments and notably, crisis and issues management.
She is happiest when building and overseeing communication campaigns where creativity, innovation and careful strategy are paramount.
Bonnie Leibel
Senior Account Director - Creative
Bonnie Leibel is a creative leader, problem solver and has excelled in the health communications industry for nearly five years.
Bonnie has coordinated numerous large-scale national product launches and has driven successful, integrated campaigns across a diverse range of areas including diabetes, breast cancer, medical aesthetics, immunology, dermatology, health education and nutrition.
Bonnie also manages several clients within the public sector and has championed several effective public health initiatives with a focus on education, fostering stakeholder relationships and health literacy.
Bonnie is particularly motivated to seek creative alternatives to disseminate health information and advocacy to consumers.
Cameron Donald
Senior Account Director - Ethical
Cameron Donald brings eight years of experience within healthcare communications, which has enabled him to lead many integrated global communications programmes for internal and external audiences.
Having achieved a first-class degree in Biological Sciences, he uses his scientific knowledge to understand complex science and make it digestible and relevant for specific groups.
Cameron enjoys collaborating closely with creative, digital, and research teams to create interesting, holistic communications campaigns founded on the needs of patients.
Cameron has experience across a broad range of disease areas including oncology and immuno-oncology, women’s health, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, obesity and many rare diseases.
Rosie Southcott
Account Executive
Rosie is an enthusiastic and strategic communicator who graduated from the University of Technology Sydney in 2019 with a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Public Communication.
Rosie is particularly passionate about consumer communications, however brings experience across government and not-for-profit sectors. Rosie is driven by her creativity and a strong understanding of the Australian media landscape.
Since joining Cube in 2020, Rosie has discovered her love of health communications and its ability to disseminate critical and often challenging information in a clear, concise yet effective manner. Rosie has experience working across several areas including vaccinations, chronic illnesses, medical aesthetics, and gene therapies however holds a keen interest in oncology, health education and children’s healthcare.
Kayla Behayi
Account Executive
Kayla works across multiple areas in the not-for-profit, government and private sectors within vaccinations, medical aesthetics, woman’s health, oncology, and mental health.
Prior to joining Cube, Kayla gained experience at Headspace Miranda and South-West Sydney Local Health District. She completed a Masters in Health Communication at the University of Sydney and holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and Arts (Theatre and Performance) from the University of NSW which has seen her reinforce her passion for the arts, health promotion and mental health literacy in her consultancy work.
Outside of the workplace, Kayla reflects these passions through participating in mental health literacy performances across festivals throughout Sydney & Newcastle.
Nicole Birch
Account Manager
With a Master of Science, Bachelor of Biology and Marketing Mini MBA under her belt, Nicky has the ideal blend of qualifications for health communications.
She has experience managing accounts for local and global clients across a wide range of therapy areas, including oncology, diabetes, rare diseases, medical aesthetics, and neurology.
Nicky has a passion for science and a particular interest in presenting complex topics in a simple and relatable format, regardless of the audience. She has worked with global industry leaders such as Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, Allergan, AbbVie, and Gilead Sciences.
Outside of work, Nicky loves running, cycling and exploring all that Sydney has to offer!
Kate Corson
Senior Consultant
Kate has spent thirteen years honing her PR and communications expertise across change management, community engagement and R&D both in-house at GlaxoSmithKline and agency-side. She specialises in delivering thought-provoking campaigns with impactful results, in complex regulatory environments.
With an appetite for global healthcare, Kate spent time in a London-based PR agency, developing and executing international health campaigns in diabetes, mental health and respiratory. She has expanded her career to include brand recovery to major pharmaceutical and medical device product launches.
Her global experience, coupled with local knowledge, enables Kate to take on a breadth of healthcare communications challenges, partnering closely with her clients to find the best solution.
Alex
Communications Intern
Alex is currently interning at Cube while she completes her Master of Health Communication at the University of Sydney. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts and Business, majoring in media, culture and technology from the University of New South Wales. Her interest in the health industry began while working as a pharmacy assistant during her undergraduate degree. Communicating with customers and understanding patients’ perspectives spurred on her desire to learn more about health communications. Alex is fascinated by how creative, targeted and relevant messages are key to any health-based campaign. She is also interested in youth mental health and recently wrote a paper on how social media could be leveraged to increase awareness and funding for youth suicide prevention in Australia. Outside of work, Alex loves walks on the beach, brunch and playing with her Boston Terrier puppy.
Sophie
Account Manager
Sophie is a digital-first healthcare communications professional, specialising in both paid and organic social media to ensure that social activity is high quality and delivering on business priorities. She has managed global clients throughout the COVID-19 crisis across a range of therapy areas, including vaccinations, oncology, cardiovascular, respiratory, and rare diseases. Sophie is proud to support healthcare companies’ mission to improve patient care and people’s lives and loves the challenge of finding a powerful creative niche within this highly regulated environment. She believes the recipe is a combination of cutting-edge data science, a healthy dose of human-driven insights and authentic storytelling.
