MEET OUR TALENTED Team
Anne-Marie Sparrow is the founder and owner of Cube. She has been a healthcare communicator now for more than twenty-five years. Her diverse communications experience includes new product introductions, awareness and education initiatives, reinvigorating and differentiating brands, market-shaping strategies, reimbursement campaigns, managing digital and social activities in heavily regulated environments together with regulated environments and notably, crisis and issues management.
She is happiest when building and overseeing communication campaigns where creativity, innovation and careful strategy are paramount.
Bonnie is a Senior Director with nine years of experience in health communications, recognised for her ability to make complex health information accessible, impactful, and engaging. She has led national product launches and developed integrated campaigns across consumer health and ethical healthcare sectors, with expertise in dermatology, oncology, medical aesthetics, pain relief, smoking cessation, and health literacy.
At the intersection of creativity and strategy, Bonnie thrives on finding innovative ways to communicate essential health information while fostering health literacy and patient empowerment. In addition to her expertise in traditional communications, she is a leader in digital transformation, guiding health brands to leverage digital solutions that achieve greater reach and engagement.
Bonnie’s work is driven by a commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes that enhance well-being and create lasting change in how people manage their health.
Tash brings over nine years’ experience in healthcare communications and public affairs to Cube. Originally from the United Kingdom (UK), her extensive career spans UK-based healthcare communications agencies, the National Health Service (NHS) in England and most recently, the global pharmaceutical company MSD.
Tash is passionate about creating and implementing creative, impactful, and bespoke communications strategies which deliver a ‘triple win’ for patients, health services and the life sciences industry. She led the development and implementation of NHS England’s commercial medicines’ communications strategy covering medicines uptake, access, value and supply. She has also delivered high profile and successful media, policy and advocacy campaigns in a number of different therapy areas for global pharmaceutical and medical device clients in the UK, including drug reimbursement communications campaigns.
Since relocating to Sydney in 2025, she can be found exploring the city and soaking up the sun – a much appreciated change from her rainy London roots.
Jess is a highly skilled Digital Strategist with over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, including four years specialising in the health sector. Her career spans diverse sectors, including health communications, e-commerce, local businesses, and global corporate brands such as Allianz and Apple.
Jess is passionate about implementing an audience-first approach in her strategies. She excels at leveraging data-driven insights to develop and execute digital strategies that not only achieve but surpass key performance indicators. Her work is characterised by a commitment to driving genuine consumer engagement and delivering measurable results.
With in-depth experience in channel execution across paid social, paid search, SEO, and organic social, Jess excels at integrating these channels into cohesive strategies.
Passionate about finding innovative digital solutions, Jess thrives on addressing complex business challenges with creative and effective strategies.
Annabel brings over four years of experience in digital health communications and a Bachelor of Science in Biology to her role at Cube. She has applied her expertise to campaigns across disease areas including MS, ophthalmology, oncology and medical aesthetics bringing to life patient education and health awareness in a highly regulated environment.
Annabel is also passionate about patient advocacy, having sat on the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society’s Young Voices panel for a number of years, advising on messaging and materials for young people living with arthritis in the United Kingdom.
With over two years of experience in communications and a Bachelor Degree of Communications and Social Media, Ffion has honed her expertise in delivering impactful strategies across public relations, and social media, bringing engaging campaigns to life that resonate with diverse audiences.
Ffion’s passion for health shines through her work in navigating the digital landscape, ensuring clear, concise communication of complex health-related messaging to the right audiences. In her downtime, you’ll find Ffion spending time with her two cats, reading, or enjoying time with friends and family.
Sam is a recent graduate who completed a Bachelor of Strategic Communication at the University of Technology Sydney. His interest in health communication was fostered through his degree and work experience as an Insights Research Assistant in consumer healthcare.
Passionate about sociology, Sam thrives on the challenge of communicating complex and stigma-related disease areas to diverse audiences – with a particular interest in wearable technologies and the impact they have on health literacy.
When not in the office, you will often find Sam pretending to be an influencer, frolicking, enjoying live music and getting involved with local community sports teams.
Daisy is a public health graduate with a passion for improving health outcomes in the community through health promotion and advocacy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, majoring in Global Health and a Graduate Certificate in Public Health.
She is experienced in client relations and social media management and is committed to applying her communication skills and public health knowledge to educate and engage audiences around important health initiatives.
In her spare time, Daisy enjoys ocean swims, sipping coffee and playing basketball.
